摘要
该文研究了一种可适用于自动装箱机,且可多次循环使用的包装箱的设计和制作工艺。以聚丙烯复合材料为箱体材料,板材采用蜂窝板,压痕采用双压线方式。通过上机测试,可解决其他塑质包装箱在自动装箱时遇到的压舌不到位的问题。经连续10次上机和循环利用,通过上机效果、耐破强度、边压强度、戳穿强度、粘合强度、抗压强度等指标的测试,结果皆优于瓦楞纸包装箱。
This paper studies the design and manufacturing process of a packaging box which can be used for automatic packing machine and can be recycled for many times.Polypropylene composites are used as box material,honeycomb plate is used as plate,and double indentation method is used for indentation.Through the machine test,it can solve the problem that the pressure tongue of other plastic packing cases is not in place in the automatic installation.After 10 consecutive times of loading and recycling,the test results of loading effect,breaking strength,edge pressure strength,puncture strength,bonding strength,compressive strength and other indicators are all better than corrugated box.
