Research on the Construction and Operation of Mechanical Innovation Association Driven by Innovation Competition

该文在分析全国机械创新设计大赛的要求、机械创新协会在现有的基础上,提出了基于机械创新设计大赛标准下的机械创新协会组成与发展思路,使学生在机械创新协会的实践中了解和熟悉机械创新设计大赛的标准,并更好地掌握机械、控制等技术,在大赛中取得优异成绩。通过对分析创新协会运行流程和管理运行制度,对高职社团机械创新协会部门划分、部门职责、协会运行流程、管理机制进行探讨,最后研究协会的创新之处,保证可研究的可行性。

Based on the analysis of the requirements of the national mechanical innovation design competition and the existing of the Mechanical Innovation Association,this paper puts forward the composition and development ideas of the Mechanical Innovation Association based on the standards of the mechanical innovation design competition.It enables students to understand and be familiar with the standards of the mechanical innovation design competition in the practice of the Mechanical Innovation Association,better master the machinery,control and other technologies,and achieve excellent results in the competition.By analyzing the operation process and management operation system of the Mechanical Innovation Association,this paper discusses the department division,department responsibilities,operation process and management mechanism of the Mechanical Innovation Association of higher vocational associations,and finally studies the innovation of the association to ensure the feasibility of the study.
