摘要
1999年,瑞典学者Bengt Nilsson最早提出了"国际教育在地化(Internationalization at Home,IaH)"的概念,后逐渐得到了更多国家高等教育实践者的重视与实践研究。近些年,随着社会经济的发展,中国在世界舞台上的地位不断提升。同时,随着国际形势和人员流动方向的不断变化,越来越多留学生选择来中国深造,也有相当一部分中国学生出于各种因素考虑,希望能够不出校门,就能享受到地道的国际教育。高等教育"在地国际化"理念的出现和发展完善为解决此类问题提出了全新的思考视角与解决方案,值得引起更多国内外高校的重视与研究。
In 1999,Swedish scholar Bengt Nilsson first put forward the concept of"Internationalization at Home(IaH)",which has been gradually valued and studied by higher education practitioners in more countries.In recent years,with the development of social economy,China’s position on the world stage is constantly improving.At the same time,with the continuous changes of the international situation and the direction of personnel flow,more and more international students choose to come to China for further study.And a considerable number of Chinese students hope to enjoy authentic international education without going out of school due to various factors.The emergence and development of the concept of"Local Internationalization"of higher education put forward a new perspective and solutions to solve such problems,which is worthy of more attention and research at home and abroad.
