摘要
基于我国30个省级行政区2004—2018年科技成果转化的面板数据,对我国科技成果转化的经济效益和全要素生产率进行了探究。经研究发现,在2004—2018年之间综合技术效率总体均值为0.643,6个省级行政区达到有效,21个省级行政区没有达到技术有效,8个省级行政区达到了最优规模效率。科技成果转化没有显著影响我国区域经济增长,所产生的经济效益总体呈下降趋势的。
Based on the panel data of scientific and technological achievements transformation in 30 provincial administrative regions of China from 2004 to 2018,this paper explores the economic benefits and total factor productivity of scientific and technological achievements transformation in China.The study found that between 2004 to 2018,the overall average comprehensive technical efficiency was 0.643,6 provincial administrative regions achieved effectiveness,21 provincial administrative regions did not achieve technical effectiveness,and 8 provincial administrative regions achieved the optimal scale efficiency.The contribution rate of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements to China’s regional economic growth is not high,and the overall economic benefits show a downward trend.
