高校关工委优质化建设路径探析--以扬州大学旅游烹饪学院为例

Analysis on the High Quality Construction Path of the Working Committee for the Next Generation in Colleges and Universities:Taking the School of Tourism and Cuisine of Yangzhou University as an Example

关心下一代工作是党的工作的重要组成部分,是党加强青少年思想政治工作的一个创新,已经成为高校思想政治工作不可或缺、不可替代的重要力量。以扬州大学旅游烹饪学院关工委工作优质化建设为例,在充分发挥“五老”特长和优势的前提下,探析高校关工委工作优质化建设路径,通过强化机制建设、思想建设、平台建设、品牌建设,建设有高度、有温度、有力度、有厚度的关工委。

Caring for the next generation is an important part of the Party’s work,an innovation for the Party to strengthen the ideological and political work of teenagers,which has become an indispensable and irreplaceable force in the ideological and political work in colleges and universities.Taking the high-quality construction of the Working Committee for the Next Generation in the School of Tourism and Cuisine of Yangzhou University as an example,this paper,on the premise of giving full play to the traditional strengths and advantages in five aspects,explores the high-quality construction path of the Working Committee for the Next Generation in colleges and universities,and through strengthening the mechanism construction,ideological construction,platform construction and brand construction,tries to build the Working Committee for the Next Generation into an organization with high quality,warmth,strength and depth.
