摘要
提出了目标导向、校企协同、科教融合、竞赛平台育人多维度共驱动的创新型人才培养理念。搭建了三层递进式课程项目体系,三层次五环节的校企互补联合培养模式,四级提升式的课外科技创新平台。构建了基于过程的、以产出为导向、量化可控、多路反馈的能力达成度评价标准。以提升教师综合能力为目标,构建讲、研、做三环互补的教师能力提升机制。构建以高端团队引领,省部级平台支撑的工程问题转化为科学问题研究能力模式。以市场需求为主导,实践孵化为载体,构建社会—学校—创新团队三方深度融合的成果转化模式。借助团队+项目+平台+创新+创业五位一体的精准驱动,构建了教产赛研用五阶融合提升的理论实践贯通融合的应用型创新人才培养模式。
This paper puts forward the multi-dimensional co-driven innovative talent training concept based on goal orientation,school-enterprise cooperation,science and education integration,and competition platform.A three-level progressive curriculum project system,a three-level and five-link university-enterprise complementary joint training model,and a four-level upgraded extracurricular science and technology innovation platform has been established.Besides,a capability achievement evaluation standard is established based on the process control,the output-oriented concept,the quantification control and the multi-channel feedback.Moreover,taking the improvement of the comprehensive ability of teachers as the goal,a teacher ability promotion mechanism is set up on the three complementary rings of teaching,research and practice;and a research capability model,which transforms engineering problems into scientific problems,led by high-end teams and supported by provincial and ministerial platforms is built.The deep integration of society,school and the innovation team is promoted by the construction of an achievement transformation model,with market demand as the leading role and practice incubation as the carrier.The training model of application-oriented innovative talents has been established,which integrates theory and practice with the five-step promotion of teaching,production,competition,research and application with the help of the five-in-one precise drive of team+project+platform+innovation+entrepreneurship.
