疫情下高职生就业竞争力调查与提升路径研究--以上海4所高职院校为例

摘要 分析高职生就业竞争力在家庭学校背景因素上的差异及职业成熟度、职业价值观与就业竞争力的关系,以期为提升其就业竞争力提供借鉴。通过选取上海4所高职院校大一至大三1598名学生,测量高职生的就业竞争力水平,并预测其就业竞争力。结果显示:高职生就业竞争力处于中等偏上,在家庭学校背景因素上存在显著差异。职业成熟度及职业价值观各维度、家庭学校背景与就业竞争力显著相关,共解释就业竞争力49.3%的变异量。结论:从个人、学校和家庭三方面提出分层分类帮助高职生明确职业目标、提升职业自主、培养职业信心,引导其在工作中充分发挥个人才能,提升职业价值,提升其专业满意度、提高学业成绩,从而提升其就业竞争力。 This paper analyzes the differences of employment competitiveness of higher vocational students in family and school background factors and the relationship between career maturity,occupational values and employment competitiveness,so as to provide a reference for improving the employment competitiveness of students.By selecting 1,598 students from freshmen to juniors from four higher vocational colleges in Shanghai,the study measures the employment competitiveness level of the students with the employment competitiveness scale,and forecasts the employment competitiveness with their career maturity,occupational values and the self-made general situation questionnaire.The results show that the employment competitiveness of higher vocational students is in the upper middle level,and there are significant differences because of family and school background factors.The dimensions of career maturity,occupational values,and family and school background are significantly correlated with employment competitiveness,and enter the regression equation,explaining 49.3%of the variation in employment competitiveness.From the analysis of the three aspects of individual,school and family,hierarchical classification is proposed to help higher vocational students clarify their career goals,enhance their career autonomy,cultivate their confidence,guide them to give full play to their personal talents,enhance their sense of occupational value,and help them improve professional satisfaction and academic performance,so as to enhance their employment competitiveness.
