关于艺术类研究生就业现状及对策浅析

An Analysis of the Employment Status of Art Postgraduates and the Countermeasures

艺术类研究生作为专业型艺术类人才,承担着文化传承创新的重任。艺术类研究生就业关系到艺术学科人才培养质量的评估,影响以美育人、以文化人的时代所需。随着艺术类院校的扩招,艺术类研究生“慢就业”现象日益突出,艺术类研究生就业面临日益复杂的形势,就业问题备受关注。结合艺术类研究生的个性特征、思想特点,以苏州大学艺术学院为例,浅析艺术类研究生面临的就业现状不容乐观,分析形成此就业现状的原因,探讨把握就业机遇,从多角度提出应对就业挑战的对策,以期推进艺术类研究生就业。

As professional art talents,art postgraduates undertake the important task of cultural inheritance and innovation.The employment of art postgraduates is related to the evaluation of the quality of talent cultivation in the art discipline,and affects the needs of the requirements of the time of educating people by aesthetics and culture.However,with the enrollment expansion of art colleges and universities,the problem of art postgraduates’“slow employment”has become increasingly prominent.The employment status of art postgraduates is facing a more complex situation and the employment issue has attracted much attention.Combined with the personality and ideological characteristics of art postgraduates,this paper takes the School of Art of Soochow University as an example,analyzes the employment status,which is not optimistic,of art postgraduates,and the reasons for this situation.It explores how to grasp employment opportunities for art postgraduates,and also provides some countermeasures from multiple perspectives to help the students face employment challenges,hoping to improve the employment state of art postgraduates.
