摘要
目的:研究甲巯咪唑对甲状腺功能亢进症患者治疗效果、甲状腺功能及血清炎症因子转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factor-β1,TGF-β1)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素-2(interleukin-2,IL-2)水平的影响。方法:以2018年1月至2019年6月在我院诊治的50例甲状腺功能亢进患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将病人分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组患者使用丙硫氧嘧啶治疗,观察组患者使用甲巯咪唑片治疗,治疗周期均为6个月。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果,治疗前、后血清甲状腺激素及炎性因子水平的变化。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率较对照组的临床总有效率高(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的血清FT3、FT4、TSH、IL-6、TGF-β1及IL-2水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者血清FT3、FT4、IL-6、TGF-β1水平较对照组均有降低(P<0.05);观察组TSH、IL-2水平较对照组升高(P<0.05)。结论:甲巯咪唑可有效提高甲状腺功能亢进患者的治疗效果,改善甲状腺功能,抑制炎症反应。
Objective:To investigate the effects of methimazole on hyperthyroidism,thyroid function and serum levels of inflammatory cytokines such as transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-2(IL-2).Methods:50 patients with hyperthyroidism in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=25)and the experimental group(n=25).The control group were treated with propylthiouracil,while the experimental group were treated with methimazole.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The therapeutic efficacy,thyroid function and serum inflammatory cytokines between the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of serum FT3,FT4,SH,IL-6,TGF-β1 and IL-2 levels(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum levels of FT3,FT4,IL-6 and TGF-β1 were significantly lower in the experimental group after treatment(P<0.05).The levels of TSH and IL-2 in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Methimazole can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and thyroid function of patients with hyperthyroidism and inhibit inflammatory response.
