丹参滴丸联合阿托伐他汀对ST段抬高型心肌梗死介入治疗患者心功能及预后的影响

Effect of Danshen Dripping Pills Combined with Atorvastatin on Cardiac Function and Prognosis of Patients with STEMI Intervention

目的:探讨丹参滴丸联合阿托伐他汀强化降脂治疗对急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)介入患者心功能及预后心血管事件的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年1月九江市第一人民医院收治的68例STEMI介入患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(34例)和观察组(34例)。对照组予以阿托伐他汀常规降脂治疗,观察组予以丹参滴丸联合阿托伐他汀强化降脂治疗,持续用药3个月,并随访3个月。比较两组心功能指标[左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末内径(LVESD)及左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)]、血管内皮功能[一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)]、不良心血管事件及不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗后LVEF高于对照组,LVESD、LVEDD低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后NO高于对照组,ET-1、不良心血管事件发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应相比无差异。结论:丹参滴丸联合阿托伐他汀强化降脂可增强STEMI介入患者心功能,保护血管内皮功能,减少不良心血管事件发生,安全可靠。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Danshen dripping pills combined with atorvastatin intensive lipid-lowering therapy on the cardiac function and prognosis of cardiovascular events in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).Methods:A total of 68 STEMI interventional patients admitted to The First People’s Hospital of Jiujiang City from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into a control group(34 cases)and an observation group(34 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received atorvastatin conventional lipid-lowering treatment,and the observation group received Danshen dripping pill combined with atorvastatin intensive lipid-lowering treatment.The medication was continued for 3 months and followed up for 3 months.Compare the two groups of cardiac function indexes[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end systolic inner diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end diastolic inner diameter(LVEDD)],vascular endothelial function[nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1)],adverse cardiovascular events and adverse reactions.Results:After treatment,the LVEF of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and LVESD and LVEDD were lower than those of the control group.There were statistical differences(P<0.05);the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of ET-1 and adverse cardiovascular events was higher.The control group was low,with statistical difference(P<0.05);there was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion:Danshen dripping pill combined with atorvastatin can enhance the heart function of patients with STEMI intervention,protect the vascular endothelial function,reduce the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events,and is safe and reliable.
