基于高质量发展的贵州省文化产业竞争力评价和分析

Evaluation and analysis of Guizhou cultural industry competitiveness based on high quality development

从高质量发展的角度,采用改造后的“钻石模型”设计文化产业竞争力评价指标体系,利用熵值法,对贵州省文化产业竞争力进行测评,并将各维度与西南五省市展开对比。结果显示贵州省文化产业竞争力处于全国中下游水平,文化资源丰富,但利用率不高;创新实力较弱,高端文化产业培育不足;产业规模较大,但产出水平一般;需求潜力不足;文化关联产业的影响未得到有效发挥。针对存在的问题,建议从资源整合、产品设计、研发投入、市场培育、需求潜力挖掘、产业重组、产业融合等方面进一步提升。

From the perspective of high quality development,this paper designs the evaluation index system of cultural industry competitiveness by using the reformed“diamond model”,evaluates the cultural industry competitiveness of Guizhou Province by using the entropy method,and compares each dimension with five provinces and cities in Southwest China.The results show that the cultural industry competitiveness of Guizhou is in the middle and lower reaches of the country.The cultural resources are rich,but the utilization rate is not high;the innovation strength is weak,and the cultivation of high-end cultural industry is insufficient;the industrial scale is large,but the output level is average;the demand potential is insufficient,the influence of culture-related industries has not been effectively exerted.In view of the existing problems,it is suggested to further improve resources integration,product design,research and development investment,market cultivation,demand potential excavation,industrial restructuring,industrial integration and other aspects.
