通过对国内地下车行系统工程案例进行分析,从规划、投资、设计、建设及运营各阶段深入剖析过程中碰到的问题,提出应对的解决方案,思索公共服务类地下空间工程"由谁建、怎么建"以及"由谁来运营、怎么运营"的问题,以及探索企业承担公共服务类项目与提高企业经济效益及社会影响力之间的平衡关系。

Through the case analysis of domestic underground vehicle system engineering, this paper deeply analyzes the problems encountered in the process from the stages of planning, investment, design, construction and operation, puts forward solutions, and considers the problems of "who built and how to build" and "who operated and how to operate" of public service underground space engineering, and explores the balance between enterprises undertaking public service projects and improving enterprise economic benefits and social influence.
