羰基法镍精炼工艺特点与技术改进

摘要 比较分析了国内外典型羰基法精炼镍工艺的技术特点及技术进展,总结了常压、低压、中压、高压羰基法的工艺特点,以及金川集团在中压羰基法精炼镍技术取得的突破,指出了金川集团中压羰基法精炼镍工艺存在的问题及改进方向。结果表明,中低压羰基法精炼镍工艺是镍精炼技术改进的最佳选择。 The technical characteristics and progress of typical nickel refining with carbonyl processes at home and abroad were compared and analyzed, the characteristics of carbonyl process under normal pressure, low pressure, medium pressure and high pressure, as well as the breakthrough of nickel refining technology with carbonyl process under medium pressure in Jinchuan Group were summarized, and the existing problems and improvement direction of nickel refining process with carbonyl process under medium pressure in Jinchuan Group were pointed out. The results showed that the carbonyl process under medium and low pressure is the best choice for nickel refining technology improvement.
