Analysis of the difference between the two test methods of fiber content of cotton and viscose blended fabrics

文章对棉和黏胶纤维定量测试的不同方法进行比对试验,以寻求更好的检验方法,满足市场对纤维含量测试的需求。针对甲酸(HCOOH)-氯化锌(ZnCl2)法和59.5%硫酸(H2SO4)法两种纤维含量测试方法,对比试验结果与理论值,若在合理的误差值范围内,可满足质量测试检验的要求。

This paper compares different methods of cotton and viscose blended fabrics quantitative test to find better test methods to meet the market demand of fiber content test.For the two fiber content test methods of HCOOH-ZnCl_(2) method and 59.5% H_(2)SO_(4) method,the test results and theoretical values are compared.If the error value is reasonable,it can meet the requirements of quality test.
