Analysis on the reason and prevention strategy of yarn machine spindle beating

DTM129细纱机的主轴跳动情况贯穿于生产和运行的整个过程中。如果跳动的程度小,能造成部分锭带震动;如果跳动的程度大,会造成异常响动、滚盘跳动、整机震动等问题,最终危及机械设备的正常生产和应用。文章提出问题并对产生的原因进行分析,制定相应的维修对策,以期提高设备维修人员和管理人员的综合能力。

The spindle beating of the DTM129 yarn machine runs throughout production and operation.If the degree of beating is small,it can cause some ingot belt shock;if the degree of beating is large,it will cause abnormal sound,roller plate beating,the whole machine vibration and other problems,and eventually endanger the normal production and application of mechanical equipment.This paper raises questions and analyzes the causes,formulates corresponding maintenance strategies,in order to improve the comprehensive ability of equipment maintenance personnel and management personnel.
