随着数字经济的快速发展,大数据、人工智能等技术在服装产业中的应用逐步成熟,从根本上改变了服装企业内外环境,因此,服装企业必须提升自身组织敏捷性来应对日新月异的市场。绿色金融的本质是由绿色理念引入金融活动,同时促进产业和金融业可持续发展。文章从实践出发,提出绿色金融支持服装企业组织敏捷性提升的路径,旨在实践中帮助服装企业提升组织敏捷性,同时对环境友好。服装产业的发展应符合绿色发展的要求和数字经济时代的要求,金融业的发展也会因此更为绿色化。

With the rapid development of digital economy,the application of big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies in the garment industry has gradually mature,which fundamentally changes the internal and external environment of garment enterprises.Therefore,garment enterprises must improve their organizational agility to cope with the changing market.The essence of green finance is to introduce financial activities by the green concept,while promoting the sustainable development of the industry and the financial industry.Starting from practice,this paper puts forward the path of green finance to support the improvement of organizational agility of garment enterprises,aiming to help garment enterprises improve their organizational agility in practice,and be environment-friendly.The development of the garment industry should meet the requirements of green development and the requirements of the digital economy era,and then the development of the financial industry will be more green.
