基于产教融合的纺织产业卓越人才培养的探索与尝试

Exploration and attempt of training excellent talents in textile industry based on the integration of industry and education

随着纺织产业的技术革新步伐日益加快,对人才的综合技能要求越来越高。构建卓越班是实现纺织产业与高校教育资源融合的一种重要手段和改革载体。文章探讨了以构建卓越班试改体系进行产教融合尝试中存在的关键问题,如班级、师资队伍、实训平台的建立等;从课程体系改革、师资队伍构建、考核方式优化等方面,提出了卓越班运行过程中有针对性的措施,为以卓越班为载体的产教融合育人模式探索提供参考。

With the pace of technological innovation in textile industry is quickening day by day,the requirement for talents’comprehensive skills is becoming higher and higher.The construction of excellent class is an important means and reform carrier to realize the integration of textile industry and university education resources.This paper discusses the key problems existing in the attempt to integrate industry and education by building an excellent class trial reform system,such as the establishment of classes,teaching staff and training platform.From the reform of curriculum system,the construction of teaching staff and the optimization of assessment methods,this paper puts forward targeted measures in the operation of excellent classes,so as to provide reference for the exploration of industry and education integration education model with excellent classes as the carrier.
