摘要
目的探讨临床教学同质化的措施与效果。方法基于医教协同,采用统一教学管理、统一教学标准、统一教学内容、统一教学过程、统一师资培养和统一教学评价等措施,在不同附属医院实施临床教学,评价人才培养质量。结果临床教学同质化可明显提高临床教师的教学积极性和教学水平,学生学习成绩优异,专业素质明显提高。结论基于医教协同的同质化临床教学是实现医学人才培养质量同质化的基本措施。
Objective To investigate the measures and effectiveness of clinical teaching homogenization. MethodsBased on the synergy of medical education, clinical teaching was carried out in different affiliated hospitals using unified teaching management, teaching standards, teaching content, teaching process, teacher training, and teaching evaluation, and the quality of talent cultivation was assessed. Results Clinical teaching homogenization significantly improved the teaching enthusiasm and teaching level of clinical teachers, and the students had excellent academic performance and achieved a marked improvement in professional quality. Conclusion Clinical teaching homogenization based on the synergy of medical education is a basic measure to realize the homogenization of the quality of medical talent cultivation.
