摘要
针对数控车床试切法对刀存在问题,设计了一种基于激光为基准的定点法对刀装置.按常规方式对基准刀完成系统坐标设定后,通过激光、基准刀与投影板构造一个对刀的基准点,利用该基准点,非基准刀对刀时可以省去繁琐的试切工件过程.通过对刀精度及对刀效率的实验测定,表明采用该装置对刀精度低于试切法对刀精度,但有较高的对刀效率,可以减少对刀过程中导致的撞刀事故,具有一定的实际应用价值.
Aiming at the problem of the trial-cutting method for tool setting,a fixed-point method tool setting device based on laser is designed.After setting the system coordinates with the reference tool in the conventional way,the reference point is constructed by laser,reference tool and projection plate.Using the reference point,the tedious process of cutting workpiece can be saved when the non-reference tool setting.Through the experimental determination of the tool setting accuracy and tool setting efficiency of the device,the experimental results show that the tool setting precision of the device is lower than that of the trial cutting method,but it has higher tool setting efficiency,which can reduce the tool collision accidents in the process of tool setting,and has certain practical application value.
