摘要
在实施工程教育过程中,实现工程能力、创新能力的同时,人文教育的同步融合,实现卓越工程师全面发展,对卓越计划模式下新工科人才培养具有重要价值.以“卓越计划”人才培养视角,对人文教育价值的国内外理论研究进行了梳理,对人文教育思想、多维价值、现实问题进行了分析,通过重构人文教育理念、树立受教育者主体意识、建构与卓越教育相适应的人文教育体系,推动人文教育与工程教育跨学科整合发展,实现新工科人才培养教育的发展.
In the process of implementing engineering education,while realizing the ability of engineering and innovation,the synchrony of humanities education,to realize the all-round development of excellent engineers is of great value to the training of new engineering talents under the model of excellent plan.From the perspective of“Plan of Excellence”,this paper sorts out the theoretical research on the value of humanities education at home and abroad,and analyzes the thought,multi-dimensional value and practical problems of humanities education,to promote the interdisciplinary development of humanities education and engineering education by reconstructing the concept of humanities education,establishing the subject consciousness of the educatees,and constructing a humanistic education system corresponding to the education of excellence,so as to realize the development of new engineering talent training education.
