摘要 为了延长煤仓使用寿命,减少停产检修时间,通过总结生产实践经验,参考煤仓中煤流研究成果,对煤仓下口的仓壁结构和收口位置进行了设计改进,既提高了其仓壁的抗冲击性能,也解决了因煤仓下口被击穿而影响装载硐室中设备人员安全的问题。同时,为保证煤仓空气炮正常使用,根据仓内煤流流动特性和生产实践经验,对煤仓空气炮的布置方式和保护方式进行了设计改进,防止其出口被冲击破坏。通过不断改进完成了若干煤仓设计,经多年使用证实,改进后的煤仓结构合理,安全可靠,维修周期延长,对煤仓设计具有指导意义。 In order to improve the coal bunker’s service life and reduce the shutdown maintenance period, the wall structure and closing position of the lower opening of the coal bunker are improved, which enhances the impact resistance of the wall, and prevents the bunker lower opening from being broken through, thus to ensure the safety of workers and equipment in the loading chamber beneath the bunker. In order to ensure the normal use of air cannon, according to the flow characteristics of the coal flow in the bunker and the production experience, the layout and protection mode of the air cannon are improved, to prevent the air outlet from damage. Through continuous improvement of coal bunker design, it has been proved that the structure is reasonable, safe and reliable, and the maintenance period is prolonged after years of use, which has guiding significance for coal bunker design.
