摘要
换热器是矿井回风余热回收系统的核心装置,换热器的选择直接决定了矿井回风余热的利用效率。文章依托万福矿井回风余热回收系统换热器的选取工作,采用三维离散相气液两相流模型对喷淋式换热器内风流的传热特性和阻力特性进行模拟,并基于二维双精度标准k-ε湍流模型分析了热管式换热器内风流速度、压力及温度的变化特征,对比分析喷淋式和热管式回风换热器的换热效果、阻力大小。结果表明,喷淋式换热器对回风产生的阻力较小,而热管式换热器的换热效果更好。通过经济性分析可知应用热管式换热器的年均投入仅为喷淋式换热器的三分之二。
Heat exchanger is the core device of mine return air waste heat recovery system,and the selection of heat exchanger directly determines the utilization efficiency of mine return air waste heat.Based on the selection of heat exchanger of Wanfu Mine return air waste heat recovery system,a three-dimensional discrete gas-liquid two-phase flow model was used to simulate the heat transfer and resistance characteristics of the air flow in the spray heat exchanger.And the characteristics of flow velocity,pressure and temperature in heat pipe heat exchanger were analyzed based on the standard k-εturbulence model.The heat transfer effect and resistance of spray heat exchanger and heat pipe heat exchanger are compared and analyzed,the results show that spray heat exchanger has less resistance to the return air,while heat pipe heat exchanger has better heat transfer effect.The economic analysis shows that the annual investment of heat pipe heat exchanger is only two-thirds of that of spray heat exchanger.
