摘要 为了提高掘锚机掘进系统的掘进及矸石运输安全及效率,介绍了连续运输和间断运输两种出煤方式,在安全性、运输效率、人工成本和设备使用等方面对两种运输方式开展详细的对比分析,找出两种运输方案的优缺点和适用条件、范围。研究结果表明:与间断运输相比,连续运输安全隐患少、运输效率高、人工成本低、设备故障率小,适用于掘锚机快速掘进系统的配套运输系统。同时,掘锚机掘进配套运输系统的选择需要综合考虑工作面设备配套安装、设备搬家倒面时长及周期、瓦斯防治、企业现有设备配套、安全管理、生产组织等因素。 In order to enhance the tunneling and gangue transportation efficiency of bolter-miner, two transportation methods for bolter-miner are compared in security, transportation efficiency and equipment operation, and the merits, demerits and the application condition and range of the two methods are introduced.The results show that, the continuous transportation better suits the supporting transportation of fast tunneling system of bolter-miner, as it has fewer hidden dangers, higher transportation efficiency, less labor cost, and lower equipment failure rate, compared with discontinuous transportation. Meanwhile, the selection of the transportation system requires comprehensive consideration of factors such as the installation of working face equipment, the duration and period of working face redeployment, gas hazard control, the existing equipment, safety management, and production organization.
