摘要
干部人事档案管理在高素质专业化干部队伍建设中发挥着非常重要的作用,是培养干部、选拔任用的重要参考。干部人事档案的统计、分析、保存、利用技术一直以来都在不断进步。随着当前社会已经进入到大数据时代,大数据技术的蓬勃发展对干部人事档案管理工作也产生了非常大的影响,为了顺应时代发展,人事档案管理工作要不断创新,对此该文进行深入的分析。
The management of cadre personnel files plays a very important role in the construction of high-quality professional cadre team.It is an important reference for training cadres and selecting and appointing cadres.The technology of statistics,analysis,preservation and utilization of cadre personnel files has been making continuous progress.With the current society has entered the era of big data.At present,the society has entered the era of big data,and the vigorous development of big data technology has also had a great impact on the management of personnel files of cadres.In order to comply with the development of the times,the management of personnel files should be constantly innovated,which is deeply analyzed in this paper.
