摘要
林业经济在国民经济中占据重要地位,林业可持续发展要培育专业技术型人才,人力资源管理能有效促进林业经济发展。目前,我国林业经济发展存在资源利用率不高等问题,根本原因是人力资源管理不合理导致。该文阐述林业发展人力资源管理相关理论,分析林业发展中人力资源管理中的问题,提出加强林业人力资源管理对策。
Forestry economy occupies an important role in the national economy.The sustainable development of forestry should cultivate professional and technical talents,and human resource management can effectively promote the development of forestry economy.At present,China’s forestry economic development has the problem of low resource utilization,which is caused by unreasonable human resource management.This paper expounds the relevant theories of human resource management in forestry development,analyzes the problems in human resource management in forestry development,and puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen forestry human resource management.
