心理学视角下的高校辅导员教育管理工作研究

当前,随着国家对教育的重视程度的逐渐增加,我国出台了多项针对各级教育层次的相关教育制度。尤其是近年来,国家对高等教育的投入越来越多,高等教育各项工作的开展也开始逐步获得了各方的关注。高校辅导员作为高校教育教学工作开展必不可少的角色,在高校的教育管理中发挥着重要的作用,如何在当前形势下,做好高校辅导员的教育管理工作,探究适宜我国国情和高校发展特征的辅导员教育管理体制,是当前非常重要的问题。该文将就心理学视角下高校辅导员教育管理工作开展进行相关的研究,从高校辅导员教育管理工作现状、意义入手,分析当前高校辅导员教育管理工作中存在的相关问题,并给出相应的应对措施,以求为高校辅导员教育管理工作的开展提供借鉴。

At present,with the gradual increase of the state’s attention to education,China has issued a number of relevant education systems for all levels of education.Especially in recent years,the state has invested more and more in higher education,and the development of various work in higher education has gradually gained attention from all parties.As an indispensable role of college education and teaching work,college counselors play an important role in the education management of colleges and universities.How to do a good job in the education management of college counselors under the current situation and explore the suitability for my country’s national conditions and the development of colleges and universities the characteristic instructor education management system is a very important issue at present.This article will carry out related research on the education management of college counselors from the perspective of psychology,starting with the status and significance of college counselors’ education management,analyze the current problems in the education management of college counselors,and give the corresponding the countermeasures are to provide reference for the development of the education and management of college counselors.
