摘要
传统女性角色定位与新时代女性职业定位存在一定冲突,特别是对适育年龄知识型女性更为显著。实地调查后发现,就业隐性成本增加、多重角色冲突、社会保障与政策支持不足是导致知识型女性员工职业发展中断的主要原因。该文提出社会及企业应重视知识型女性员工人力资源开发,协助其营造互助共勉的新型家庭环境,健全女性职工家庭福利制度等以保障知识型女性员工职业发展的公平性。
There is a certain conflict between traditional female role orientation and new era female career orientation,especially for knowledge-based women of child-bearing age.The field survey found that the increase of hidden costs of employment,multiple role conflicts,and insufficient social security and policy support are the main reasons for the interruption of career development of knowledge-based female employees.This paper suggests that society and enterprises should pay attention to human resource development of knowledge-based female employees,assist them in creating a new family environment of mutual support and cooperation,and improve the family welfare system of female employees to ensure the fairness of career development of knowledge-based female employees.
