恩格列净联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者血糖水平及低血糖风险的影响

Effects of englitine combined with metformin on blood glucose levels and risk of hypoglycemia in patients with type 2 diabetes

目的:分析恩格列净联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者血糖水平及低血糖风险的影响。方法:选取2型糖尿病患者42例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各21例。对照组口服二甲双胍,研究组在服用二甲双胍的基础上联合使用恩格列净,比较两组患者的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、三酰甘油(TG)指标的水平,并记录空腹血糖达标时间和低血糖发生率。结果:经过16周的治疗,两组的FBG、2 hPG、HbA1c数值均降低,且研究组的数据下降程度更加明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组TG值、空腹血糖达标时间及低血糖发生率均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:恩格列净联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者的血糖有更好的改善作用,同时可以降低低血糖的风险,具有一定的参考价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of englitine combined with metformin on blood glucose level and hypoglycemia risk in patients with type 2 diabetes.Method 42 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected,they were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,The control group and the study group were 21 cases respectively.The control group took metformin orally,The study group used ngeletine in combination with metformin,The levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and triglyceride(TG)were compared between the two groups,The time of fasting blood glucose and the incidence of hypoglycemia were recorded.Results After 16 weeks of treatment,Both groups had reduced FBG、2hPG、HbA1c values,And the study group's data decline was more pronounced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,Compared with the control group,the TG value,the time of fasting blood glucose and the incidence of hypoglycemia were lower in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Englitrin combined with metformin can improve blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes,It also reduces the risk of hypoglycemia,It has certain reference value.
