延续性护理干预对维持性血液透析患者钙磷代谢及营养状况的影响观察

Effect of continuous nursing intervention on calcium and phosphorus metabolism and nutritional status of maintenance hemodialysis patients

目的:分析维持性血液透析患者采用延续性护理干预对其钙磷代谢及营养状况的影响。方法:本研究纳入2020年4月~2020年9月收治的维持性血液透析患者126例,随机分为对照组和观察组各63例,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用延续性护理干预,对两组患者临床护理效果进行比较。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者血磷、全段甲状旁腺激素均更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者干预后营养不良发生率低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对维持性血液透析患者采用延续性护理干预能取得良好效果,其能使患者的钙磷代谢及营养状况得到良好改善,还能使患者的护理质量大大提高,因此该护理干预具有的优势值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing intervention on calcium and phosphorus metabolism and nutritional status of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Method A total of 126 patients with maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital were enrolled in this study.The period of time from April 2020 to September 2020 was selected,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups with equal number,namely 63 cases in the control group and 63 cases in the observation group.The routine nursing was applied to the clinical treatment of the control group,and the continuous nursing intervention was used in the observation group.The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the blood phosphorus and parathyroid hormone in the observation group were lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of malnutrition in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention for maintenance hemodialysis patients can achieve good results,which can improve the calcium and phosphorus metabolism and nutritional status of patients,and greatly improve the nursing quality of patients.Therefore,the advantages of the nursing intervention are worthy of promotion and application.
