摘要
随着互联网时代的不断创新发展,人们对于生活方式也越来越倾心于便捷高效模式。而国内有着相当高的流动人口,住房问题自然而然成了一项重要的社会问题,传统的房屋租赁模式在房源提供、租房流程等环节中存在复杂繁琐等弊端,为此,开发了一款基于SSM的线上合租系统,实现用户上传房源、浏览房源信息、查找合租舍友、线上预约房源等一系列流程。该系统架构上采用B/S结构,借助MySQL关系数据库,用Bootstrap框架搭建前端界面。响应式的Web设计使得用户使用不同尺寸的设备浏览网站都可获得极佳的视觉效果。同时,系统提供为不同用户个性化匹配舍友和房源信息服务。该系统总体界面友好,功能完善,不仅方便用户使用,而且方便管理员随时查阅管理系统内信息,实现了信息透明化,使得租房流程更简便高效,降低了租房流程中的成本。
With the continuous innovation and development of the Internet era,people are becoming more and more inclined to convenient and efficient ways of life.There is a quite high floating population in China,so the housing has naturally become an important social issue.The traditional house leasing model has disadvantages such as complex and cumbersome aspects in the provision of housing and the rental process.Therefore,we develop an online co-renting system based on the SSM framework to realize a series of processes for users like upload housing,browse housing information,shared roommates searching and booking housing online.The system architecture uses the B/S structure with the MySQL relational database,and uses the Bootstrap framework to build the front-end interface.Responsive Web design allows users to browse websites with devices of different sizes to obtain excellent visual effects.At the same time,the system also provides personalized matching roommates and housing information services for different users.The system has a friendly interface and complete functions,which is not only convenient for users,but also convenient for administrators to consult and manage all information at any time,realizing information transparency,making the renting process easier and more efficient,and reducing the cost in the rental process.
