摘要
目的:根据区级人民政府办公室印发的《区级进一步推进社区卫生服务综合改革与发展的实施意见》的通知文件精神,建立适应行业特点符合区级的社区卫生绩效分配制度,建立科学的内部分配激励机制,实现“多劳多得、优绩优酬”。方法:建立基于标准化工作量的绩效考核管理系统。结果:解决目前医院绩效考核中存在大量数据统计困难,手工统计数据不准确等导致医院绩效奖金的不合理的问题。结论:为社区医院精细化管理提供技术与数据支撑,提高管理水平。
Objective:In accordance with the spirit of the notice document“Implementation Suggestions on Further Promoting the Comprehensive Reform and Development of Community Health Services at the District Level”issued by the District People’s Government Office,it is necessary to establish community health performance distribution system that adapts to the characteristics of the industry and the district level,formulate a scientific internal allocate incentive mechanisms,and achieve“more work and more rewards,good performance and good remuneration”.Method:The performance appraisal management system based on standardized workload is established.Result:The problems of unreasonable hospital performance bonuses in the current hospital performance appraisal,such as the difficulty of massive data statistics and the inaccurate manual statistics have been solved.Conclusion:This article provides technical and data support for the refined management of community hospitals and improves the management level.
