基于老旧小区改造的社区空间设计与思考

老旧小区改造是城市化发展的必然趋势,也是现阶段提高城市居住环境质量的重要途径。老旧小区的改造,有利于改善城市面貌、促进城市形象得到有效提升,现阶段已然成为了人们所欢迎、关注的重要工程,更是推动城市文明建设的良药。对此,本文在分析现阶段老旧小区改造现状中,从智慧城市理念角度上提出对老旧小区改造的社区空间设计策略,以便探讨不同类型的社区如何通过设计去重组社区和活化社区。

The transformation of old residential areas is an inevitable trend of urbanization development and an important way to improve the quality of urban living environment at the present stage.The transformation of the old community is conducive to improving the appearance of the city and promoting the effective improvement of the urban image.At this stage,it has become an important project welcomed and concerned,and a good medicine to promote the construction of urban civilization.In this regard,this paper analyzes the current situation of the reconstruction at the present stage,and puts forward the community space design strategy of the concept of smart city,so as to discuss how different types of communities can reorganize and activate communities through design.
