太阳能复合梯级相变供暖床的热舒适性研究 被引量:1

摘要 为实现北方农村冬季供暖的清洁发展,文章提出了一种以太阳能为热源,以复合碳纤维的石蜡为相变储能介质的碳纤维-石蜡复合梯级相变供暖床。其中相变储能介质选用了3种不同型号的石蜡,并根据相变温度差异进行梯级顺序排列。实验分析了纯石蜡单级相变供暖床、纯石蜡梯级相变供暖床和碳纤维-石蜡复合梯级相变供暖床3种不同类型床体热工性能,在38.0℃供水温度下,复合梯级供暖床的睡眠阶段平均温度可达28℃。复合梯级相变供暖的形式进一步提高了床体的蓄热性能,可以用更低的供水温度营造更良好的睡眠环境,同时有效避免了冬季太阳辐射强度不足对床体热舒适产生的影响。 In order to achieve the clean development of winter heating in the rural areas of northern China,a composite cascaded PCMs(phase change materials)heating bed is proposed by using solar energy as a heat source,using three different types of paraffin waxes composited with carbon-fiber as a PCM energy storage media,and arranging three kinds of paraffin waxes according to the order of their melting temperatures.In this experiment,thermal performances have been analyzed for three kinds of PCM heating beds which are a pure paraffin single-stage PCM heating bed,a pure paraffin cascaded PCMs heating bed and a carbon fiber-paraffin composite cascaded PCMs heating bed respectively.The results show that under the water supply temperature of 38.0℃,the average temperature of the composite cascaded PCMs heating bed can reach 28℃during the sleep stage.The composite cascaded PCMs heating bed can further improve the heat storage performance of the bed,and can create a better sleeping environment under the condition of a lower water supply temperature,which can effectively avoid the negative influence of insufficient solar radiation intensity on the thermal comfort of the bed under extreme winter conditions.
