Key Technology of Aligning Cutting Process for TFT-LCD Glass

针对分切TFT-LCD玻璃的工艺要求及技术难点,提出了一次对位、对刀切割、台板裂片的工艺方法,并研究了刀轮的选择原则、刀轮角度对切割裂纹的影响,给出了切割压力、切割深度、切割速度等工艺参数的设置方法。

According to the process requirements and technical difficulties of cutting and separating TFT-LCD glass,the process methods of one-time alignment,aligning cutting from the top and the bottom of the glass and platen splitting are proposed.The selection principle of cutting wheel,the influence of knife wheel angle on cutting crack are studied,and the setting methods of process parameters such as cutting pressure,cutting depth and cutting speed and other process parameters are put forward.
