一种基于FAHP的工程评标决策方法

摘要 建筑工程招投标制度在我国广泛实行,创造了“公平、公正、公开”的交易市场环境,并有效促进市场竞争、降低成本与节约资源。本文基于现有评标方法,结合FAHP与模糊综合评判法提出一种考虑专家评价不确定性和模糊性,并将定量与定性评价相结合的评标决策模型。 The construction project bidding system is widely implemented in China,creating a"fair,just and open"trading market environment,and effectively promoting market competition,reducing costs and saving resources.Based on the existing bid evaluation methods,this paper combines FAHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to propose a bid evaluation decision-making model that takes into account the uncertainty and ambiguity of expert evaluation and combines quantitative and qualitative evaluation.
