摘要
借助“和谐管理”思想,分析了“U-G-S”合作育人系统和谐性的构成及影响因素,建立评价指标体系以及和谐矩阵和不和谐矩阵评价模型。以新都区SWPU和XDYZ合作育人为案例进行了和谐性分析。结果表明:合作系统整体和谐度不高,处于基本维持运行的状态。系统结构和系统控制为系统最不和谐的因素在SWPU-XDYZ的合作育人系统中,应通过合理人员分配和强化责任分担及利益分配的制度来促进系统结构的和谐。
With the help of the idea of"harmonious management",this paper analyzes the composition and influencing factors of the harmony of the"U-G-S"cooperative education system,and establishes the evaluation index system and the evaluation model of harmony matrix and disharmony matrix.Taking the cooperative education of SWPU and xdyz in Xindu District as an example,this paper analyzes the harmony.The results show that the overall harmony of the cooperative system is not high,and it is basically in the state of maintaining operation.System structure and system control are the most disharmonious factors in the system.In the cooperative education system of swpu-xdyz,we should promote the harmony of system structure through reasonable personnel distribution and strengthening the system of responsibility sharing and benefit distribution.
