危险废物管理现状问题及对策研究

对国内外危险废物管理发展历程进行了分析总结,指出了我国当前危险废物管理在立法层面和管理层面存在的问题,并从完善法律体系、建立企业清单、建设处置场所、构筑产业共生平台、强化政府服务等方面,对我国未来危险废物管理优化提出建议。

This paper analyzes and summarizes the development process of hazardous waste management in China and foreign countries,and points out the problems existing in legislation and management of hazardous waste management in China.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the optimization of the management of hazardous waste management in the future from five aspects,including perfecting the legal system,establishing the list of enterprises,constructing the disposal place,constructing the industrial symbiosis platform and strengthening the government service.
