摘要
目的比较四种不同产地的紫花前胡药材在化学成分上的异同,为紫花前胡的开发利用奠定基础。方法利用气相色谱串联四极杆质谱仪联用技术(GC-MS)对不同产地紫花前胡药材进行分析,对各化学成分进行定性鉴定,并在不同产地之间进行含量对比和药效评价。结果不同产地紫花前胡共检测出63个成分,主要成分为:脂肪酸类化合物、酯类化合物、香豆素类化合物等;DPPH自由基清除能力分析结果表明,不同产地其效果有明显差异,其中山东药材清除自由基能力最好其次为河北、四川、广西。结论不同产地紫花前胡化学成分有明显差异,可为紫花前胡的生理活性研究和资源开发应用提供理论依据。
Objective To compare the similarities and differences of Peucedanum decursivum(Miq.) Radix in chemical constituents between different four origins, so as to lay the foundation for the development and utilization of Miq. Radix. Methods Gas chromatography-tandem quadrupole mass spectrometer(GC-MS) was used to analyze the Miq. from different origins;qualitative identification was done for various chemical constituents, followed by content comparison and Pharmacodynamic evaluation between different samples.Results A total of 63 chemical compounds were detected in all of the Miq. samples from different origins. The main components were: Fatty acid compounds, esters and Coumarin. Compounds, phenolic compounds, Olefins compounds, and the like. The results of DPPH free radical scavenging capacity analysis showed that there were significant differences among different producing areas, among which Shandong was the best, followed by Hebei, Sichuan and Guangxi.Conclusion The chemical constituents of Miq. Radix different areas were significantly different, The results can provide a theoretical basis for the physiological activity research and product development and application of Miq. Radix.
