中医药防治保胆取石术后结石复发的临床研究探析

Clinical study on prevention and treatment of calculi recurrence after gallstone extraction in Chinese medicine

目前内镜下微创保胆取石术在临床上应用广泛,此种术式既可以清除体内结石,又能够保留胆囊的结构与功能,近年来逐渐代替了腹腔镜下胆囊切除术。但术后结石复发普遍存在,通过在围手术期介入中医药治疗,可以多途径,多靶点发挥其预防结石再生的作用,改善预后。该文通过对近年来中医药在保胆取石术后的临床应用进行归纳分析,总结出中医药预防结石复发机制及优势,以期在临床上为保胆取石术后结石复发的防治提供新的思路和方法。

At present, minimally invasive gallbladder preservation under endoscopy is widely used in clinical practice. This method can not only remove stones in the body, but also retain the structure and function of the gallbladder. Therefore, laparoscopic cholecystectomy has gradually been replaced in recent years. However, the recurrence of postoperative stones is common. By intervening in traditional Chinese medicine treatment during the perioperative period, multiple ways and targets can play a role in preventing stone regeneration and improving the prognosis. This article summarizes the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years after gallstone preservation, and provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of stone recurrence after gallstone removal in the clinic.
