CuO花状微球的可控合成及在气体传感器应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用一步水热法合成CuO花状微球,并通过XRD和SEM对相应的微观结构进行分析表征.结果显示:表面活性剂聚乙二醇(PEG)的用量对产物形貌有较大影响,当PEG的用量为0.8mg可制得形貌良好的花状微球,其由形状、大小相似的纳米片组装而成,直径为2~7μm.将制得的CuO花状微球构筑旁热式气敏元件,并采用静态配气法测试气敏元件对乙醇气体的敏感特性.结果表明:CuO花状微球对乙醇有良好的气敏响应特性,且响应恢复时间短、检测下限低、选择性好,在乙醇气体检测方面展现了良好的应用前景. CuO flower-like microspheres were synthesized by one-step hydrothermal process. The morphology and crystal structure were mainly characterized by XRD and SEM. The results indicated that the morphologies of products were affected by the amount of polyethylene glycol(PEG). When the amount of PEG was 0. 8 mg,perfect flower-like microsphereswith diameter in the range of 2~7 μm were synthesized,which were assembled by a number of nanosheets. The gas sensors based on CuO flowerlike microspheres were fabricated,and their ethanol sensing properties were investigated. The sensing measurement results showed that CuO flower-like microspheres exhibited the high sensitivity,short response recover time,low detective limit and good selectivity. It shows a good application prospect in ethanol gas detection.
