蜂房栓剂制备工艺及抑痔药效学研究

Prepatation of Nidus Vespae Suppository and Its Pharmacodynamics on Hemorrhoids

目的:探讨蜂房对痔疮的治疗作用。方法:将蜂房提取物制成栓剂,并进行药效学评价。结果:蜂房栓剂低剂量组大鼠肛周组中度红肿,有少量分泌物,无出血和糜烂。蜂房栓剂高剂量组大鼠肛周组轻度红肿,有少量分泌物,无出血和糜烂。低剂量组除iNOS含量显著降低外(P<0.01),对其它炎症因子无明显影响,高剂量组显著降低组织中TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β及iNOS含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:蜂房栓剂对痔疮有一定的治疗作用,其发挥作用的物质基础是否是黄酮类化合物还需进一步研究。

Objective In this paper,the therapeutic effect of nidus vespae on hemorrhoids was studied.Methods The suppository of extract of nidus vespae was prepared and its pharmacodynamics was evaluated.Results In the low-dose group,the perianal tissues of rats were moderately red and swollen,with a small amount of secretion,no bleeding and erosion.In the high-dose group,the perianal tissues of rats were mild red and swollen,with a small amount of secretion,no bleeding and erosion.The low dose group had no significant effect on inflammatory factors except iNOS(P<0.01),While the contents of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1βand iNOS in high dose group were significantly decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The suppository of extract of nidus vespae had certain therapeutic effect on hemorrhoids.It needs to further study whether the material basis of its effect is flavonoids.
