中西医结合治疗小儿支气管肺炎64例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 64 Cases of InFantile Bronchopneumonia Treated with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗小儿支气管肺炎64例临床观察。方法:选取64例支气管肺炎患儿设为对照组,并选取同期应用中医配方治疗的64例支气管肺炎患儿设为观察组。比较两组炎性因子水平、临床症状缓解时间、临床疗效。结果:治疗后对照组的CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平高于观察组(P<0.05);治疗后对照组体温正常、肺部啰音消失、咳嗽缓解时间长于观察组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生情况对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗后对照组有效率低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合治疗小儿支气管肺炎能够更好地降低炎性反应,缓解临床症状,提高治疗效果的同时不会增加不良反应的发生,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective to explore the clinical observation of 64 cases of Infantile Bronchopneumonia treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods 64 cases of children with bronchopneumonia treated with conventional western medicine in our hospital were set as the control group,and 64 cases of children with bronchopneumonia treated with traditional Chinese medicine formula in the same period were set as the observation group.The levels of inflammatory factors,clinical symptom relief time and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results after treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in the control group were higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05);after treatment,the temperature in the control group was normal,the rales disappeared,and the cough relief time was longer than that in the observation group(P<0.05);there was no difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05),but the effective rate in the control group was lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia,the effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with Maxing Shigan decoction is ideal,which can better reduce the inflammatory reaction,relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the treatment effect without increasing the occurrence of adverse reactions,and is worthy of further clinical application.
