清热解毒汤加减联合强脉冲光治疗热毒蕴结型痤疮的临床观察

Clinical observation on modified Qingre Jiedu decoction combined with intense pulsed light in the treatment of acne with heat toxin accumulation

目的观察清热解毒汤加减联合强脉冲光治疗热毒蕴结型痤疮的临床疗效。方法选取2018年6月-2020年5月收治的热毒蕴结型痤疮患者80例,分为对照组(40例)和治疗组(40例)。对照组采用强脉冲光治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合清热解毒汤加减治疗。治疗1月后观察2组患者中医临症积分以及总有效率。结果治疗前2组中医临症积分无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后2组中医临症积分较本组治疗前均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组中医临症积分下降幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床总有效率治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);6个月后两组复发率对比,治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗过程中两组起效时间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清热解毒汤加减联合强脉冲光治疗热毒蕴结型痤疮临床疗效显著,复发率低。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingre Jiedu decoction combined with intense pulsed light in the treatment of heat toxin accumulation acne.Methods 80 patients with heat toxin accumulation acne treated from June 2018 to may 2020 were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and treatment group(40 cases).The control group was treated with intense pulsed light,and the treatment group was treated with Qingre Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score and clinical total effective rate were observed before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),After treatment,the scores of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment in this group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The decrease in Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group is better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);After 6 months,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparison of onset time between the two groups during treatment,he difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Qingre jiedu Decoction combined with intense pulsed light is effective in the treatment of heat toxin accumulation acne with low recurrence rate.
