鼠李糖乳杆菌X253的鉴定与安全性研究

摘要 该研究对一株分离自牧民传统发酵乳的乳酸杆菌X253进行了鉴定和安全性的评价。经糖发酵试验、16S rDNA比对、系统发育树分析将乳酸杆菌X253鉴定为鼠李糖乳杆菌;通过纸片法测定其抗生素敏感性,结果对青霉素、氯霉素、阿奇霉素、四环素、头孢克罗和克林霉素等17种抗生素均敏感;通过血平板测定其无溶血现象;经动物安全性试验测定鼠李糖乳杆菌X253急性经口毒性属无毒。综合上述结果,鼠李糖乳杆菌X253安全无毒,可作为发酵食品原料进行开发,具有巨大的商业价值。 In this study,the probiotic were identified and safety of Lactobacillus rhamnosus x253 isolated from traditional fermented milk of herdsmen in vitro were analyzed.Lactobacillus X253 were identified as Lactobacillus rhamnosus by sugar fermentation test,16S rDNA comparison and phylogenesis analysis.Its antibiotic sensitivity was determined by K-B disk,the results showed that X253 was sensitive to seventeen kinds of antibiotics.There was no hemolysis and the acute oral toxicity of X253 was non-toxic.Based on the above results,X253 is not only non-toxic,it can be used as a functional fermented food raw material and has great commercial value.
