食用菌多糖降脂活性及其作用机制的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 高脂血症的发生主要受遗传和环境因素的影响,可直接引起动脉粥样硬化、糖尿病和脂肪肝等疾病的发生,危害人体的健康。文章综述了食用菌多糖降脂作用的研究现状,总结了食用菌多糖通过抑制总胆固醇合成途径,促进胆汁酸合成,调控脂代谢相关因子表达,减轻氧化应激反应和调节肠道功能等途径改善高脂血症的作用机制,并对食用菌多糖用于高脂血症的治疗前景进行了展望。旨在为食用菌多糖预防高脂血症及食用菌功能产品的研发提供理论参考。 Hyperlipoidemia is mainly affected by the heredity and environment,and the onset of several diseases,such as diabetes,liver diseases,and atherosclerosis.This paper reviews the research status of lipid-lowering effect of edible fungus polysaccharide,summarizes the mechanism of edible fungus polysaccharide improving hyperlipidemia by inhibiting the synthesis of total cholesterol,promoting bile acid synthesis,regulating the expression of lipid metabolism related factors,reducing oxidative stress response and regulating intestinal function,and looks forward to the prospect of edible fungus polysaccharide in the treatment of hyperlipidemia.The purpose is to provide theoretical reference for the prevention of hyperlipidemia and the research and development of functional products of edible fungi.
