In the post-epidemic era, open and diversified online and offline mixed teaching will become a normal state of higher education. At present, online and offline mixed teaching is in a critical period of strategic transformation with "improving quality and increasing efficiency" as the core. How to realize the "quantitative change" from scale development to the "qualitative change" from improving quality and increasing efficiency is an urgent problem to be solved at present. This is not a simple superposition of traditional classroom and online learning, but an organic integration of multiple teaching modes with different teaching objects, teaching contents and teaching needs. Therefore, the author classifies the online and offline mixed courses, and after deeply studying the construction schemes of several first-class online and offline mixed courses, constructs the teaching design principles of online and offline integrated courses and the implementation method of the whole chain teaching system, aiming at providing guidance for teachers to design more diversified and more participatory teaching, deeply stimulating students’ learning enthusiasm, and fully mobilizing students’ subjective initiative, so as to achieve the goal of in-depth training of students in three levels of cognition, application and innovation.
