路径探析:新生代农民工心理资本提升策略

Path Analysis:Psychological Capital Promotion Strategy for the New Generation of Migrant Workers

新生代农民工是城市建设与发展的重要力量,其心理资本水平与工作绩效的提高和心理健康有着密切的关系,但现实中新生代农民工心理资本现状不容乐观。现有研究对新生代农民工心理资本的影响因素和提升途径进行过探讨,但尚未提出系统的提升策略。本研究以大型制造业企业的新生代农民工为对象进行调查,结果显示,新生代农民工的群体特征、社会支持以及受教育程度等均对其心理资本产生影响。基于调查结果与心理资本干预模型(PCI),通过明确人生目标、职业规划教育、树立群体榜样、体验成功、提供发言平台以及构建社会支持网络等策略,构建提升新生代农民工心理资本四个维度的路径。

The new generation of migrant workers is an important force in urban construction and development.Psychological capital level of the new generation of migrant workers is closely related to the improvement of work performance and mental health,but the current situation is not optimistic.The existing research has discussed the factors and ways to promote the psychological capital of the new generation of migrant workers,but has not proposed a systematic strategy.This study investigated the new generation of migrant workers in large manufacturing enterprises.The results showed that the group characteristics,social support and educational level of the new generation of migrant workers all had an impact on their psychological capital.Based on the survey results and the psychological capital intervention model(PCI),the path to enhance the psychological capital of the new generation of migrant workers is constructed:setting life goals,career planning education,setting group examples,experiencing success,providing a platform for speaking,and building social support networks.
