消斑溶栓方治疗冠心病372例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Xiaoban Rongshuan Prescription in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease for 372 Cases

目的探讨纯中药消斑溶栓方治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法选取2010年—2018年经纯西医西药治疗无效的372例患者,采用西医标准进行诊断,按中医癥瘕理论结合辨证,施以中药消除狭窄为主,配合西药对症治疗,并对治疗效果进行分析。结果本研究372例患者中,临床疗效结果显示:痊愈9.9%(37/372),显效59.7%(222/372),有效27.2%(101/372),总有效率96.8%(360/372);影像学疗效结果显示,痊愈2.4%(9/372),显效48.6%(181/372),有效44.1%(164/372),无效4.9%(18/372),总有效率95.2%(354/372)。结论冠心病运用中西医结合诊治,优势互补、标本兼治、疗效明显,且患者病情稳定,病理结构明显好转,生活质量和工作效率明显提高,大幅度降低复发率,为多数患者免除了支架、搭桥的痛苦。彻底改变了冠心病的治疗现状。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of the Chinese herbal medicine Xiaoban Rongshuan prescription in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 372 patients with CHD from 2010 to 2018,who had no response to the western medicine therapies,were admitted.In the present study,these patients were diagnosed by the western medicine standards and treated with Chinese herbal medicine Xiaoban Rongshuan prescription combined with symptomatic treatment of western medicine,based on traditional Chinese medicine theory of abdominal mass and syndrome differentiation.Then the therapeutic effects were observed and analyzed.Results Among the 372 patients in this study,the clinical efficacy showed:recovery 9.9%(37/372),significant effect 59.7%(222/372),effective 27.2%(101/372),total effective rate 96.8%(360/372);imaging results show that recovery of 2.4%(9/372),48.6%(181/372)had marked effect,44.1%(164/372)had effect,effective invalid 4.9%(18/372),the total effective rate was 95.2%(354/372).Conclusion CHD was diagnosed and treated by the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine,presenting with complementary advantages,treatment of symptoms and root causes,significant curative effects and stable conditions.After the treatment,the pathological structure was significantly improved,quality of life and work efficiency were evidently increased,and the recurrence rate was decreased.Most of patients were released from the stent and bypass surgery.These therapies have fully improved the present situation of CHD treatment.
