柴芍六君子汤治疗肝郁脾虚型反流食管炎的研究

Research on Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction in Treating Reflux Esophagitis with Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency

目的观察柴芍六君子汤加减治疗肝郁脾虚型反流食管炎的疗效。方法选取2019年10月—2020年9月大连市普兰店区第二人民医院收治的60例肝郁脾虚型反流食管炎患者为研究对象,随机分为常规组和试验组,每组30例;常规组给予泮托拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,试验组给予柴芍六君子汤加减治疗,对比2种治疗方法的临床疗效。结果治疗后,试验组患者的中医症状积分均显著低于常规组(P<0.01),试验组患者治疗总有效率93.33%显著高于常规组73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柴芍六君子汤加减治疗肝郁脾虚型反流食管炎效果显著,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Chaishao Liujunzi decoction in treating patients with reflux esophagitis with liver depression and spleen deficiency.Methods Sixty patients with reflux esophagitis with liver depression and spleen deficiency admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Dalian Pulandian District from October 2019 to September 2020 were selected and randomly divided into routine group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The routine group was given pantoprazole enteric-coated capsule,and the experimental group was givem Chaishao Liujunzi decoction.The clinical application effects of the two treatment methods were compared.Results The score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and syndromes in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 93.33%in experimental group was significantly higher than that in routine group(73.33%,22/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaishao Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of liver depression and spleen deficiency reflux esophagitis patients has a significant effect of clinical efficacy and symptom improvement,and the application effect is significant.
