滋阴化痰法治疗阴虚型多囊卵巢综合征60例

Nourishing Yin and Resolving Phlegm Method in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome for 60 Cases

目的观察黄津伶主任滋阴化痰法治疗多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)的临床疗效,进一步探讨其学术思想,从而提高对PCOS病变本质的认识,指导临床治疗。方法选取2014年1月—2019年10月在洪都中医院就诊的PCOS患者60例,采用完全随机分组分为中药组、西药组,各30例。治疗周期为3个月经周期,于入组前、治疗后进行指标测量。记录比较2组患者的治疗总有效率、激素水平、卵泡数目、卵巢大小。结果治疗后,中药组有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于西药组有效率为80.00%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。LH、T、PRL、2组治疗后较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),2组FSH、LH、T、PRL治疗后比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),FSH、LH、T、E2、PRL、P治疗前后比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论黄津伶滋阴化痰法治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床疗效显著优于西药组。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of nourishing yin and resolving phlegm method in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),to further explore its academic ideas,so as to improve the understanding of the nature of PCOS lesions,to guide clinical treatment.Methods A total of 60 PCOS patients treated in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2014 to October 2019 were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment period was 3 menstrual cycle.Efficacy,hormone levels,number of follicles,and ovarian size were recorded.Results After treatment,the effective rate of Chinese medicine group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that of Western medicine group(80.00%,24/30),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).LH,T,PRL and 2 groups decreased significantly after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05);FSH,LH,T,PRL and 2 groups showed no statistical significance after treatment(P>0.05);FSH,LH,T,E2,PRL and P showed no statistical significance before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Nourishing yin and resolving phlegm method of Huang Jinling is better than western medicine group in treating PCOS.
